Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor

How do I handle shipping packages and equipment to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre?
All deliveries must be scheduled to arrive no earlier than Tuesday, 19th October. Deliveries before this date will be refused by security. The Exhibitor Services Manual includes shipping address and instructions.

What are the main contractors’ ordering deadlines?
All orders should be sent to contractors before 17th September, 2010 to avoid the risk of any late supplementary charges.

Once a contract is signed, please contact Andrew Porter for any sponsorship questions. We will email all details including deadlines on receipt of your contract and onsite delivery instructions a few weeks out from the show.

How do I make hotel reservations?
Earls Court have rooms at special rates for exhibitors and conference attendees with several local hotels, but you must contact the hotels directly for your reservations or use the online hotel booking system here – www.eco.co.uk.

What is the difference between an Exhibitor Badge and a Staff Pass?
Staff Passes can only be used to access the Embedded Live show floor outside of exhibition open hours: during build-up and breakdown, prior to opening in the morning, or after close each day. Staff passes should NOT be given to clients/partners who are not exhibitors at Embedded Live (only Exhibitor badges are appropriate).

Exhibitor Badges are for the exhibition team of your company and your registered co-exhibitors. Exhibitor Badges can be distributed to members of your company who will not need access to the show floor outside of show hours.
No staff from other companies will be allowed to register for an Exhibitor Badge.

For personnel of client and partner companies who will be present on your stand, you should either register their company as a co-exhibitor by contacting Daljeet Bhamra or you can invite them to register for free as an Exhibition Visitor. Exhibitor Badges may also be worn during build-up and breakdown periods to gain access to the exhibition hall instead of the Staff Pass.

What activities does the Exhibitor Badge allow my staff to attend?
Exhibitor badges allow access to the Embedded Live Exhibition, to all Technical Conference Sessions, to Sponsored Sessions (with exception of private sessions), the Keynote Theatre and the Opening Night Drinks Reception.

How do I obtain exhibitor badges for my team?
Go to the Exhibitor Registration page on our web site to find directions and to register your exhibitor badges. Your staff will be required to show a photo ID to pick up their badges on site. If you do not have a login for the Exhibitor Registration page then please contact Erin LeMoine.

How many exhibitor badges do I receive
There is no limit on how many Staff Passes and Exhibitor Badges an Embedded Live exhibitor may order.
